Petru VĂDUVA
Chairman of the Board
Petru brings broad international management experience across natural resources, finance, and service sectors, having held senior roles at JP Morgan, Bear Stearns, Renaissance Capital, UralSib, SEB Investment Management and CLSA London. Back in Romania, he served as CEO of Tiriac Holdings and SNTGN Transgaz. He holds an MBA from Yale.
Andrei DEGERATU
Chief Executive Officer
Andrei brings over 20 years of executive experience in financial management and international corporate restructuring across oil & gas, energy, and natural resources. As VP of GSP Holding and Executive Director of international companies, he has led complex restructurings with operations spanning Luxembourg, Turkey, Singapore, Malta, Mexico, the Netherlands, and the UAE.
Mihai ROȘU
Chief Operating Officer
Mihai brings over 18 years of experience in strategic procurement, project management, and supply chain optimisation across technology and infrastructure companies, including Siemens. He has led complex projects in security systems, agricultural infrastructure, electrical installations, and IT networks, managing major contracts at both local and international levels.
Alexandru SOLSCHI
Director of Mineral Resources
Alexandru is a senior mining engineer and mineral resources expert with over 40 years of experience, holding a PhD in Industrial Engineering and NRAMPGSC certification. He has held senior roles at NAMR, KNAUF GIPS, IPROCHIM, ISPE, and the National Mining Research Institute Petroșani, with expertise spanning open-pit and underground mining, mine development and closure, and regulatory approvals.
